ABOUT MCLEOD CONSULTING McLeod Consulting, Inc. was founded because of Pat McLeod's desire to assist lawyers in a passionate pursuit of excellence by providing the best legal services to their clients and the community.. During her 25 years of service to the legal community, her goal has been to “leave it better than she found it” and she has consistently met and exceeded that goal. Pat has held many positions within the legal field and has personal knowledge and expertise in the management and operations of a successful law firm. She strives for excellence in all that she does while maintaining integrity and character. It is Pat's goal to make a difference by providing quality and innovative administrative resources to the legal community. The resources include assisting lawyers with organizing a new firm or new office; evaluating and improving office operations; enhancing technology; improving human resources; implementing financial systems and reporting and increasing client services. Once the new systems and procedures are in place, the objective is to train on-site staff or hire appropriate staff to continue the process. Her focus is “doing the right things for the right reasons” which leads to sustainable success.
